Rotating Face: Attached to the rotating shaft, moving in synchronization

Operating Principle of Mechanical Seal R-T1

The mechanical seal operates through a sophisticated sealing mechanism:

The spring applies constant pressure to maintain tight contact between the rotating face and stationary seat
During shaft rotation, the ultra-smooth sealing faces slide against each other with minimal friction, typically lubricated by the sealed fluid
